Yesterday was secret Santa present giving at work!  I got a diary for the new year!

We have had an exciting day today today, we put up The Christmas tree and made some cool Christmas cards to give to friends and Family, we also listened to Christmas songs. What a fun day. 

No bake baking

In cooking session, I helped to make Anzac bliss balls. The mixture was really sticky and I had a lot of fun trying to drop the balls onto the tray. I really had fun.

I am having lots of fun playing table tennis.

Salsa time

Today in cooking session, I made a fruit salsa. I helped to cut up all the fruit and mix in some jam to sweeten it all up! I can’t wait to eat it with the cinnamon sugar tortilla chips. Ariba, ariba!

Firemen

We had the firemen visit us it was lots of fun.

 we had highland games today, I got to play volleyball, egg n spoon race, gumboot toss and table tennis, it was a fun day

Yesterday finished painting my beautiful cat in arts and crafts. So today I am taking him home. I did such a good job! 

Marshalls farm trip

I had so much fun at Marshalls farm, I really liked the horse, the guinea pig was cute too.

Today I peeled the masking tape off my painting and now you can see my cat taking shape. I just have to ass the eyes, nose and whiskers!!

Today I helped my friends make Hungarian potato salad in Cooking class. Deeeelish!

Sleepy cat paintings

Today I painted purple on the background of my sleepy cat painting. I used a stencil and a cool plastic material to add texture as well. I did such a good job. 

Music with Lester and Ngaires

Lester and Ngaires came and played music and sang to us. I had so much fun.

Soup drive

We all donated cans of soup to the food bank. My friends and I with all the donated soup.

Today at the centre we had a special visit from a florist. I made a hair clip for my mum.

I really like have having my nails painted in girls group.

I had my hair braided and my nails painted with a lovely bright coral colour. It matched the cool colours in my rainbow jersey. Now my nails are as dazzling as my smile! 

Another week of soup...pumpkin time

this week our group made pumpkin soup. Who knew that pumpkin is a fruit? Pumpkin soup is one of my favourites.

Six weeks of soup

Today's cooking session I helped to make leftover roast chicken and vege soup. It smells really yummy cooking on the stove top.

Mid winter dinner

On Friday we had mid winter Christmas dinner with lots of yummy food and a game of pass the parcel. So much fun!

High tea

My girls group had a high tea, we had cute wee teacups muffins and scones. It was lots of fun.
